These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between our customers and Schengen Visa Help regarding the services provided by us.

Schengen Visa Help is an independent third-party service provider and is not affiliated with any government or embassy. We assist applicants by facilitating the visa process and connecting them with the relevant issuing authorities. By availing of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated herein.

Schengen Visa Help reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page.

Fees and Payment Terms

Non-Refundable Fees:
All fees paid for visa consulting services and urgent appointment bookings through schengenvisahelp.co.uk are non-refundable. While every effort is made to ensure that all documentation and procedures are correctly followed during your visa application process, we do not guarantee the issuance, approval, or duration of any visa. These decisions are made solely at the discretion of the respective Visa Centre, which may deny your application without providing any explanation.
Appointment Booking Charges:
Appointment booking fees charged by Schengen Visa Help are separate from the official visa fees payable to the Visa Centre during application submission. We reserve the right to revise our service charges at any time, with or without prior notice.
Right to Accept or Decline Applications:
Schengen Visa Help reserves the right to accept, decline, or terminate any case or service agreement at its discretion. Once a case is accepted, we ensure that all required policies, procedures, and documentation are followed to prepare and submit the visa application appropriately to the Visa Centre.
Fee Variation:
There is a difference in charges between standard appointment slots and express/urgent booking slots. Applicants are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the applicable fees before confirming their booking.

Cancellation Regulations

You may terminate your agreement with Schengen Visa Help at any time; however, we are entitled to receive payment for the efforts and services rendered up to that point. Once your appointment has been successfully scheduled, you are not entitled to a refund.
If a client has expressly requested that the service be performed immediately and has acknowledged that they will lose the right to cancel once the service has been completed, no refund will be issued.
Under consumer protection regulations, clients are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for distance or off-premises contracts, provided there is sufficient time (for example, two or more months) to deliver visa-related services. However, if services have already begun during this period, clients must pay for the portion of work completed and any nominal administrative charges incurred.
Appointments once scheduled cannot be changed, cancelled, or rescheduled.
If an applicant fails to attend the appointment on the scheduled date, an additional rebooking fee will apply for a new appointment. We do not guarantee next-day availability, and a fresh application process may be required. In such cases, applicants are responsible for adjusting their travel dates, flight bookings, and hotel reservations accordingly.

Decision on Visa Applications

The decision on any visa application lies solely at the discretion of the respective consulate or Visa Centre, and is beyond the control of Schengen Visa Help.
We do not have any influence over the outcome of your visa application, regardless of whether it was booked as a standard or express appointment.
Schengen Visa Help cannot be held liable for any decision made by the consulate, including but not limited to visa refusal, visa duration, number of entries, or validity period.

Limitation of Liability

By submitting your application to Schengen Visa Help, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms, restrictions, and limitations stated herein. Schengen Visa Help shall not be liable for:
- Any failure to meet visa requirements.
- Any actions, delays, or decisions made by government authorities.
- Any acts or omissions by third parties such as delivery or courier companies.
Under no circumstances shall Schengen Visa Help be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including (but not limited to) loss of data, service interruptions, system failures, delays, or any indirect loss arising from the use of this website or related services — even if Schengen Visa Help has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Document Handling and Safekeeping

Schengen Visa Help strives to ensure the safety and confidentiality of clients’ documents. However, we do not hold responsibility for loss or damage to documents that are not in our possession. This includes documents in transit via third-party courier services or under review at a consulate.
We are not liable for any document loss or damage resulting from natural disasters, war, strikes, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
Applicants should not send documents to our billing address via post or courier without prior confirmation from our customer support team. Documents sent without authorization will not be accepted, and Schengen Visa Help bears no responsibility for such deliveries.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses in travel or accommodation arrangements if your visa is not issued on time. Each application is evaluated individually, and visa approval cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

All appointment booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been made.
In certain cases, if a cancellation request is received before an appointment has been booked, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Schengen Visa Help.
